Starters

  • Satay Chicken Skewers

    Three tender grilled chicken skewers, generously coated in our rich, homemade creamy satay sauce. Each skewer is topped with a crunchy roasted nut crumble and a sprinkle of fresh coriander, adding a burst of flavor and texture to this irresistible dish.

  • Mixed Dimsum Box

    A trio of dim sum favourites: pork and Chinese leaf steamed gyoza, delicate prawn har gao, and flavourful pork and prawn siu mai. Perfectly steamed and packed with savory flavours, these classic bites bring an authentic taste of Asian street food to your plate.

  • Steamed or Fried Gyoza

    Depending on the event, we offer chicken, pork, or vegetable gyoza filled with Chinese leaf, steamed to perfection. Each serving comes with toasted sesame seeds and your choice of soy sauce or homemade Korean sweet chili sauce.

  • BBQ Pork Ribs

    All our ribs are braised in fresh ginger, garlic, spring onions and soy sauce then grilled to perfection and tossed in one of our in-house sticky sauces. Served with Asian slaw sesame seeds, fresh coriander, chilli and crispy onion.

  • Prawn crackers & Sauce

    Crispy prawn crackers served with a side of our homemade Korean sweet chili sauce. Our crackers are light and crunchy while the sauce adds a bold kick of heat and sweetness, creating the perfect pairing for your event menu.

Signature Bao Buns

  • BBQ Brisket Bao Buns

    Beef brisket cooked low and slow for 6 hours in our in-house BBQ sauce. Garnished with wild rocket, crispy shallots, and a drizzle of dynamite mayo.

  • Chinese Pork Bao Buns

    Chinese pulled pork cooked in our own five-spice rub with garlic and ginger. Garnished with spring onion, hoisin sauce, coriander, and toasted sesame seeds.

  • Spicy Jackfruit Bao Buns

    Jackfruit cooked in our delicious spicy house BBQ sauce. Garnished with your choice of wild rocket or Asian slaw, crispy onions, and a kick of dynamite mayo.

  • Satay Chicken Bao Buns

    Succulent chicken coated in our homemade nutty satay sauce. Garnished with cooling cucumber pickle, roasted crushed peanuts, and fresh coriander.

    Tender, slow-cooked Chinese braised beef infused with the bold flavours of a rich five-spice gravy paired with sweet red peppers and caramelised onions served over a bed of fragrant rice

  • Chicken or Vegetable Massamam Curry

    Tender chicken or seasonal vegetables, cooked with potatoes and simmered in a rich spiced coconut curry with roasted peanuts and aromatic spices, served on a bed of fragrant rice

  • Spicy Korean Gochujang Pork

    Sautéed strips of pork coated in our signature fiery gochujang chili sauce with caramelised onions, julienned carrots and topped with coriander

  • Brisket Loaded Fries

    Seasoned fries loaded with 6-hour slow-cooked brisket cooked in our rich house BBQ sauce, and finished with dynamite mayo, crispy shallots and spring onions.

  • Hoisin Pork Loaded Fries

    Seasoned fries loaded with juicy pulled pork, hoisin sauce, dynamite mayo, spring onions, and toasted sesame seeds.

  • Spicy Jackfruit Loaded Fries
